FOUNDER, DOULA & EDUCATOR

Hey! Thanks for stopping by! Let me tell you a bit about myself.

I am a professionally trained and certified labour doula, postpartum doula, and pre-certified childbirth educator ready to serve you and your family as you navigate parenthood through pregnancy and the postpartum period. My main goal is to instill strength and confidence in growing families.

I am warm and empathetic person, and I have a passion for working with families and babies. I have lots of past experience working with families and their little ones! I am a member of the Association of Ontario Doulas, Ottawa Valley Doula Association and I am proud to have trained and certified with ProDoula. Based in Ottawa, I serve clients in the National Capital Region, which includes the city of Ottawa, Gatineau and surrounding areas.

As a doula, I coach women and their partners through pregnancy, birth and early parenting by providing physical, emotional and educational support.

• I provide education opportunities for you to learn more about what to expect through pregnancy and postpartum.

• I provide labour support and will be present with you through your birthing process; to empower you, to breathe with you, to move with you as you give birth your way.

• I provide postpartum support as you navigate through parenthood.

Each baby and birthing experience is unique. It is my priority to provide my clients with support that is unbiased, non-judgemental and tailored to their specific needs. I want clients to understand the options they have and help guide them in making the best choices for their family. I work to reduce fear and instill strength in the families I get to work with!

I live in Gatineau with my “college sweetheart” Tyler, our sweet twin boys and a pretty kitty named Ellie. When I’m not working with families, you can find me snuggling my babies, knitting or sewing, streaming a good TV show or enjoying warm weather outdoors - half the year at least!
